DESCRIPITION

UH1021A is a single component, 100% solid reactive hotmelt polyurethane (HMPUR). This high green strength and low viscosity UH-1021 is designed for general flat panel lamination.

A white color flat adhesive typically refers to a type of adhesive product that is white in color and has a smooth, non-textured (flat) finish

Usage Instructions

Suitable facial substrates: PVC films, PET, HPL, PMMA, aluminum foil or plate, leather, ABS and etc.
Suitable base board: MDF magnesium silicate board, Plywood, expanded PVC board, solid wood, Melamine board ,Wood plastic board and etc.

Initial strength: high green strength to hold surface on board without spring back.

Great adhesion:This product showed great adhesion to Wood plastic board and similar flooring plastic based materials .Its adhesion even after environmental test is still greater than that of substrates.

Broad application temperature:This product can be used between 15-45 oC without adhesion problem. With heat or cooling help, it can even be used at broader temperature window such as 5-45 oC.
