Descripition:

 

UH-1018HA is a single component, 100% solid reactive hotmelt polyurethane (HMPUR). This high green strength and low viscosity UH-1018 is designed for general flat panel lamination.

Suitable facial substrates: PVC films, PET, HPL, PMMA, aluminum foil or plate, leather, ABS and etc.

Suitable base board: MDF magnesium silicate board, Plywood, solid wood, Melamine board and etc.

 

 

Characteristics:

 

Initial strength: high green strength to hold substrates together.

Good rheology: Suitable for fast and automatic production line.

Weathering resistance: Cured substrates can stand for high temperature, high humidity and long term weathering without delimitation.

Good machine stability:This product has adequate roller shelf life time, minor viscosity change which assures constant coating weight, no stringing behavior occurs during application at suggested application temperature.
