Textile Adhesive / The Glue Used For Making Bras / Pur Adhesive

Polyurethane (PUR) hot-melt adhesive is commonly used in bra manufacturing due to its strong bonding, flexibility, and durability. It’s especially popular for seamless and molded bras where fabric, foam, and elastic need to stay firmly attached without stitching.

Strong & Flexible Bond – Stretches with fabric, preventing cracks or peeling.

Heat-Activated – Applied with heat presses for precise bonding in cup molding.

Wash-Resistant – Withstands repeated laundering without breaking down.

Soft & Lightweight – Doesn’t add stiffness, maintaining comfort.

Seamless Finish – Helps create smooth, stitch-free bras.

Usage Instructions
1. Must be used with a dedicated invisible underwear glue applicator.
2. The temperature and time listed in the parameter table are recommended values. In actual production, the temperature and time can be adjusted based on the actual environmental temperature and fabric material.
3. The curing rate of the adhesive depends on the ambient temperature and humidity.
