 Fabric Pur Adhesive  / Pur adhesive for Fabric /  Polyurethane Hot-melt Adhesive Fabric

 

Descripition:

PUR (Polyurethane Reactive) hot-melt adhesive is a thermoplastic adhesive that cures with moisture, forming a flexible, durable, and wash-resistant bond for fabrics. Unlike traditional hot melts (EVA/PA), PUR adhesives offer:
✔ Superior wash & dry-cleaning resistance
✔ High elasticity (moves with fabric without cracking)
✔ Strong adhesion to textiles, leather, foam, and synthetics
✔ Low application temperature (100–140°C)

 

Main characteristics

Thermoplastic adhesive that melts when heated (typically 80°C–160°C) and bonds fabrics upon cooling.

Reactive PU (PUR): Cures with moisture for permanent, wash-resistant bonds.

Non-reactive PU: Standard thermoplastic adhesive, flexible but less durable than PUR.

Used for seam sealing, lamination, hemming, and reinforcing textiles.
