AS-8918 is a water-based environmentally friendly adhesive synthesized by adopting international advanced technology and following a special emulsification process. Operating Conditions
This product is suitable for applying glue onto films on automatic/hybrid laminating machines, after which it is dried through an oven and then thermally bonded with printed paper products (i.e., dry lamination). The glue application amount is generally 8-20 grams per square meter. The pressure of the lamination roller is controlled at 15-25 MPa, and the oven temperature is generally controlled between 50-120℃. The temperature of the lamination roller is generally controlled between 60-130℃.
