 PUR hot melt adhesive HJ8015 bonds PU synthetic leather to fabric backing. Flexible 50000+ flex cycles, no telegraphing, bonds non-porous PU surface layer. For fashion, footwear, automotive.

APPLICATION

PU synthetic leather to fabric backing, synthetic leather garment panels, faux leather handbags, automotive interior synthetic leather, PU leather upholstery, footwear upper lamination.

FEATURE

  • Bonds non-porous PU surface without abrasion pre-treatment
  • 50000+ flex cycles no cracking or peeling
  • No bond-line telegraphing on finished surface
  • High initial tack immediate handling
  • Compatible solvent and water-based PU leather
  • 80°C heat resistant for automotive interiors

USER GUIDE

110~140°C. Pre-heat synthetic leather 50-70. Coating: 20-35gsm. Nip 2-3 bar. Cure 23~25, 60-70% RH 24-48h.

STORAGE

Store below 35°C in sealed dry containers. Shelf life: 6 months.
