Genuine Leather Textile Fabric Bonding PUR HJ8015

KAWAURA PUR hot melt adhesive HJ8015 bonds genuine natural leather to textile. Oil-tolerant penetrates leather grain despite oil variability. Consistent across cowhide, lambskin, goatskin, pigskin. Humidity resistant. Non-staining.

APPLICATION

Luxury handbag leather backing, leather garment fabric bonding, premium footwear lining, leather furniture upholstery, automotive leather trim, small leather goods.

FEATURE

  • Oil-tolerant penetrating natural leather grain despite oil variability
  • Consistent across cowhide lambskin goatskin pigskin
  • Flexible non-cracking through continuous leather flexing
  • Humidity resistant no tropical delamination
  • No staining or discoloration of leather surface
  • 90°C heat resistant for sun-exposed leather

USER GUIDE

115~145°C. Degrease and lightly abrade leather. Coating: 25-40gsm. Nip 3-5 bar. Cure 23~25, 60-70% RH 48h.

STORAGE

Store below 35°C in sealed dry containers. Shelf life: 6 months.
