Automotive Leather Interior Fabric Bonding PUR HJ8015

PUR hot melt adhesive HJ8015 is automotive-grade for leather-fabric bonding in vehicle interiors. 120°C continuous, VDA 278/270, FMVSS 302. 3000h Xenon UV. 10+ year lifecycle. PPAP available.

APPLICATION

Door panel leather insert, dashboard leather covering, premium seat bolster, leather-wrapped steering wheel, luxury vehicle interior leather trim.

  • VDA 278 VDA 270 Grade 2 FMVSS 302 certified
  • 3000h+ Xenon arc UV weathering
  • -40 to +90°C 100 cycle thermal shock
  • 6s open time high-speed automotive lines
  • Low VOC meeting VIAQ standards

USER GUIDE

125~155°C. Robotic roller or slot die. Coating: 30-50gsm. Cure 23~25, 60-70% RH 72h.

STORAGE

Store below 35°C in sealed dry containers. Shelf life: 6 months.
