Heel Counter Stiffener Fabric Lamination PUR HJ8015

PUR hot melt adhesive HJ8015 provides structural rigidity for heel counter, toe puff, shank board. 28 Shore D. 6s open time. 90°C heat resistant. Solvent-free replacing neoprene and PU contact adhesives.

APPLICATION

Heel counter stiffener sheet, toe puff reinforcement, shank board arch support, structured sneaker midfoot cage, steel-toe cap lining, injection-molded sole adhesion promoter.

USER GUIDE

120~150°C. Immediate bonding within 6s. Coating: 30-50gsm. Thermoform 80-100. Cure 23~25, 60-70% RH 24h.

STORAGE

Store below 35°C in sealed dry containers. Shelf life: 6 months.
