High Speed Roller Coating Textile Lamination PUR HJ8015

 PUR hot melt adhesive HJ8015 is productivity-optimized for high-speed roller coating at 80m/min. Viscosity stability ±5% over 8h shifts. Immediate green strength. 200Kg industrial barrels. All major equipment brands.

APPLICATION

High-speed fabric-to-fabric roll lamination 50m/min+, continuous web fabric-to-film membrane, high-volume apparel interlining, industrial roll-to-roll lamination, automotive continuous lamination, mass-market technical textile.

  • Viscosity stability ±5% over 8-hour shift no charring
  • Immediate green strength wind at full line speed
  • 10s open time ±5°C tolerance
  • Consistent batch-to-batch 200Kg industrial barrels

USER GUIDE

110~140°C. Gravure multi-roll slot die. Coating: 12-25gsm. Monitor viscosity every 2h. Cure 23~25, 60-70% RH 24-48h on roll.

STORAGE

Store below 35°C in sealed dry containers. Shelf life: 6 months.
